Return Policy

Due to the nature of these items being custom made, you may notice small imperfections within the item. Therefore, Liv It Up does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For these reasons, if you think that you've received a defective item, email us at cc@livitupshop.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to discuss your options for exchanging the item. The item will need to be mailed back to us within 3 days of the notification. Returned items must remain NEW, unwashed, unworn, and un-used.

Items purchased at a discounted price are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

In addition to human error, order mistakes are possible. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please reach out to us at cc@livitupshop.com as soon as possible so we can get the mishap sorted out for you! If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the item.
